Each translation project is agreed in detail with the customer.

The project starts by sending out a countersigned purchase order, summarizing all the conditions (language pair, destination format, terminology, terms of delivery and payment).

The rate of translation can vary depending on the type of document, terminology used and urgency of delivery. Therefore, it is always advisable to request a free quote without obligation, to agree the best solution.

The basic unit for calculating the cost of the final translation project is the word or page (a typewritten page of 1500 characters, including spaces, containing approximately 220 source words).

To establish a first word count of the translation project, the customer can use the option Microsoft Word - Tools - Word Count.

The translation process consists of the following steps:

- careful reading of the document;

- preparation of a first specialized glossary;

- seeking information on the topic (websites, texts, encyclopedias);

- translation of the text;

- review and correction of grammar, syntax and editing;

- reading after some minutes to avoid an automatic correction;

- delivery of the text.

The delivery of the final project can occur as follow:

- as e-mail attachment;

- on CD-ROM or in hard copy by courier;
